Mr. Kobylarczyk was born in Krakow and has been admitted to the German bar since 2006. He is fluent in German, Polish and business English.
Mr. Kobylarczyk enjoys taking on challenges in his private life and has recently become passionate about running ever-longer ultramarathons off the beaten track, often with a lot of altitude difference and in interesting places. On his 40th birthday, the 100km mark was broken.

Main activity focus
Mr. Kobylarczyk is a graduate of the specialist lawyer training course in transport and forwarding law, which is also his main focus of interest and activity.
In addition, he also advises his clients in road traffic law, including administrative proceedings, fines, forfeiture and criminal proceedings as well as in general civil law.
Due to his mother tongue knowledge of the Polish language as well as his good contacts to lawyers based in Poland, Mr. Kobylarczyk is able to help his clients with advice and assistance on a regular basis, even with complex cross-border problems.
